This invention relates to the field of metallurgy, to the closure of a coke oven chamber.
The coke oven chamber shutter is known, containing a frame Mounted in the chamber opening, a door, a sealing bar fixed on the door and interacting with the frame 1 ..
The known shutter does not prevent the release of gases into the atmosphere.
The aim of the invention is to prevent the escape of gases from the coke oven to the atmosphere.
This goal is achieved in the gate of the furnace chamber containing a frame installed in the chamber opening, a door, a sealing strip fixed on the door and interacting with the frame, the difference of which is that it is equipped with a hermetic casing interacting with the frame.
In addition, cooling fins are made on the outer surface of the casing, and anchor columns are used as its side walls, on the inner surface of which there is a heat-insulating layer, a safety valve is located on the outer wall of the sealed casing. This valve can be located in the jumper anchor columns.

The shutter of the coke oven chamber contains a frame 1 installed in the opening of the chamber 2, gTer 3, a sealing strip 20 mounted on the door 3 and interacting with the frame 1. The shutter is equipped with a leaky casing 5 interacting with the frame. On the outer surface of the casing made
25 ribs 6. The door 3 is provided with sealing elements 7 and is mounted for movement relative to the frame. Sealing strip 4 has a pointed cutting edge 30 and by hammer blows it can be hammered into frame 1. In the upper part of door 3, an opening 8 is made for the passage of the leveling bar. The door 3 has locking means made in the form of a rotary valve 9 with means 10 for creating pressure and brackets 11. The side walls of the casing 5 can be anchor columns 12, on the inner surface of which a heat insulating layer 13 is placed. Between the door 3 and the casing 5 there is a reflecting plate 14.
The casing 5 is hermetically fixed on the plates 15 and on the anchor columns 12 by means of wedge elements

17, and on the anchor columns 12 external wedges 18.
The inner wedges 17 are adjacently movable by means of the bolts 19, and they are prevented from turning or tilting when the casing is removed by the plates 20. The mobility of the internal wedges 17 is provided by an air gap 21.
The outer wedge 18 can be rigidly fixed on the anchor columns 12 (Fig. 1) or mounted for movement along the anchor columns 12. At the same time, the outer wedge 18 is interconnected by a lever mechanism 22 (Fig. 2),
The casing 5 can be fixed by means of the magnets 23 (see figs 5 and 6).
The casing 5 has a safety valve 24 located in the anchor columns 12. The safety valves allow balancing the pressure between the two adjacent casings 5.
Between the casing 5 and the anchor columns 12 is located the seal 25.
Supplying the shutter with a casing prevents gas from escaping into the atmosphere because a lock chamber is formed between the door and the casing, which receives gases escaping from the coke oven chamber.
The sealing of the chamber from the surrounding BfOsTctyxS occurs not only in the transition zone between the frame and the door, which is particularly contaminated.
but also a seal between the casing and the anchor columns. At the same time, the seal of the casing is located at a distance from the door, where the temperature and temperature fluctuations are much lower, which virtually eliminates the deflections of the seals, thereby preventing gases from escaping into the atmosphere.
In addition, the chamber formed by the casing acts as a lock chamber, since the atmospheric air contained in it quickly heats up with increasing temperature inside the coke oven chamber and the pressure in it increases. Coke oven gas overpressure in the chamber: and, which prevents the release of gases into the lock chamber.
